I have only printed about 12 pages and it says I have less than half of the ink left I do not recommend the hp printer and ink

Great
I was used to go to other places to get my toner but they have been out for a while I didn’t get an ad for Staples decide to order it right from the ad and the Staples website and low and behold I received my toner and it was easy. Thank you staples

I wanted 65XL - guess they didn't have that so I got two instead. I appreciated it because it meanrt I don't have to run oun and get one because my black ink was XL. Thank you staples!

Customer Service
Sales person on the phone was very helpful and upon my request held the product for 1 hour giving me a chance to get there as quickly as possible to purchase it. I had spent over the weekend looking for the ink cartridge and several stores were out of stock. Glad he was able to help me. Very Thankful Maria Negron

It seems as though the ink is less. It's not giving me the number of pages it states it would and I am only printing Black and White.

Glad you asked. My last two orders were disastrous! One of the cartridges lacked some of the colors so all I could print was pink and blue. The second order which was a two pack had only one I could use as my printer kept telling me to reinsert the one I couldn't use.
