Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

XL May be better investment
Starts draining level as soon as you use it.May be better to get the XL to last longer even if you don not do a lot of printing

I only use HP ink cartridges
I have an HP inkjet printer and I only use HP ink cartridges. I don't trust no-name brands that look like a deal because they're cheaper but you get what you pay for. The 65XL cartridges print out more pages before needing to be replaced.

It works but...
This toner works for my copier but my issue is the amount of copies it prints per cartridge. There should be a version for more copies like the laser cartridges have.

HP Black Ink Cartridge
Not much to say about a black ink cartridge other than it prints well. The old cartridge was hard to get out but the new one was easy to install.

HP65 XL INK
I cannot get my printer to work with this ink. I’m not sure why. I need to return ink It could be my printer but not sure why. The staff member told me it would work because they didn’t have the regular HP65.

Hi Terrie I am very sorry that you had this problem. It should have worked just fine because the XL is the same as the regular but has a higher fill level. It is likely that it is a defective cartridge or there could be a fingerprint or some damage on the contacts. The printer’s sensors might mistake it for a bad cartridge in that case. Carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with lint-free material to see if that helps the connection and gets it working. If that does not work you can see about returning it to the seller. Mary HP Care hp.com/support
