I have only printed about 12 pages and it says I have less than half of the ink left I do not recommend the hp printer and ink

Rapid help and delivery.
When I went to exchange the hp 65 xl color cartridge the store was out. It was then that I learned that the cartridge number for my printer had been change to 64xl not 65xl. A young man immediately helped me by explaining that I could order the correct cartridge. I was also told I would be delivered it the next day. He then placed the order for me and within 24 hours...

Black Ink cartridge HP 65 XL
I was not able to find the subject cartridge any place except Staples. So grateful. Excellent ink cartridge. I recommend it and Staples.

Excellent salesman at the store.
The salesman first looked on the shelves then searched through two boxes of new ink cartridges and finally ordered one to be delivered to my home. All the while he spoke pleasantly and encouragingly to me knowing that I needed to but couldn't print. This was all very important to me since we have medical issues at our home. HP Ink Cartridge
Only use HP I have learned. Bought on line another brand that my HP printer was designated as appropriate and it did not fit. Great inconvenience to return. Went to Staples chatted with an associate and will ONLY hereafter buy HP ink in person at Staples.
