Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Disappointed with This Delivery
While I never had any bad experience with recent purchases, the last HP 65XL tricolor cartridge was unacceptable. Although sealed, it appeared to have very little ink in it for printing. Fortunately I had a spare so it was not a big deal.
My decision now is to reorder on line or find a store with what I need.

Good vs Better
The 65HP ink is made for an occasional printing it is very good to use but if your needs are printing many pages daily throughout your weekday then the 65 HP XL is best.

Not what I needed
Very disappointed with HP. I tried to order 02 black ink cartridge an d it wasn’t available in Staples or on line. Had to buy a complete package of all inks which I didn’t need especially the photo paper. I was told my machine is outdated and this is why you are making the ink hard to get even though my 3 in 1 still works great.

Something wrong with them.
About two weeks ago I picked up 2 cartridges that I ordered on line. When I needed one yesterday neither one worked. I took them to the Waynesville store this morning and was very graciously given two replacements free of charge. Thank you Staples. Can't say the same to HP.
