I have only printed about 12 pages and it says I have less than half of the ink left I do not recommend the hp printer and ink

I had paid for one black xl and one tri-color xl. I received only the black ink. I called and was left on hold and so I emailed you. I received an answer 2 days later apologizing and you said you would send out a tri-color ink as soon as possible. I have yet to receive it.

more than enough
Works as promised.....for now. These HP cartridges clog up or dry out when used only occasionally. Terrible design by HP. Had to buy this triple cartridge because the standard one wasn't available.
