Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Once the cartridges were seated ( by rubbing contact points with printer contact points before they were locked down) got my new 65XL black and color cartridges to work.

Always use HP toners
Through many years of using business and personal printers, I have used HP toners and ink. Using remanufacturered or off brands don't do as well and can damage printers. Learned by experience! I only use genuine HP in my home office.
