Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

HP 65 Tri-color ink cart
The tri- color ink cart works fine and so does the h/p printer.
Wish i had an owners manual though for the printer.

The product is fine, but the web site is rather confusing and frustrating. Also, apparently since I do not use my home printer enough, I do NOT qualify for getting the lower cartridge pricing. NOT NICE!

PRINTER IS USELESS!
I ordered color and black cartridges for my HP printer and they only delivered the color. Worse, they don't know when they'll have the black one. Hence my comment the printer is useless. it needs both cartridges to function. We'll have to buy another printer.
