Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Fine so Far
Fine so far but I understand that I purchased the regular 65 which will run out of ink sooner than the 65XL that I wanted to purchase. There were none in the store and obviously none of the 65XL cartridges available online as the item delivered to my door was a 65 regular.

No different than the HP 65
I had to buy this cartridge because Staples was out of stock of the HP 65 (the single black ink cartridge and even the double pack that has the color cartridge) and I needed ink for my home printer. It was more expensive and to me the quality was the same.

I've always used HP ink and have had good results.

I have no choice what cartridge to use and after a clerk searched in several bins she found two cartridges. I plan to go back and see if more are available b/c that is exactly what I need for most of my printing which is black. Top Quality
It pays to use the ink that really is compatible with the printer both for quality and amount in the cartridge. The inks that advertise as being compatible are okay for a limited number of prints; but if a lot of printing is done (and quality is important) the hp ink is the best value.
