Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

The "regular"(=NON XL) size was a waste!
My most recent NON-XL color cartridge either had a defect or was totally NOT worth it. It only lasted 2 months and we hardly ever use the printer at all. I couldn't believe it; I've always written down the date that I install cartridges right on the next refill box and this most recent one was the worst we've EVER had.

Longer Lasting
The XL lasts a lot longer than the othe65 Black Ink Cartridge. This is my preferred choice when on sale. The original price of this product is higher than some other makes and models but I do prefer HP printers.
