Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Needed new ink cartridges
Walked to my local store for 2 items ended walking around getting ideas of other items to pick up. The store was quiet and very clean. It had been awhile since i needed to go in but always have enjoyed being there.

Replace cartridges too often

Wish cartridge could be stored out of the printer.

Convenient Quality
I love the idea that I'll never have to think about ordering ink again! And having genuine HP ink all the time is great. Never scrambling to run out for emergency ink when I NEED to print something urgently.
