Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Disappointed
I bought this printer...didn't need a fax...thought it would be all I need. After only a few copies, it copies when it wants to, not necessarily when I want it to. I am not at all happy and do not want to call tech because that is such a hassle. For what it cost, I could buy another with a lot less trouble but will probably go with another brand now.

Garbage!
The ink cartridge is an ink cartridge give me a break. The printer (5000 series) is garbage! It wont connect to my network and that is the only reason it was purchased. Support is no help and my next purchase will DEFINITELY not be HP! Guess I'm going to Dell after 20 years of using HP products. That includes my laptop, and printer.
