Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Great features
The Black and color ink cartridges are easy to install and the colors are vibrant. So far, I am very satisfied with the printer.

Disappointed
I do not like it. The ink is very hard to change, and very hard to find any information on how to change it.

Hello, I'm sorry that you haven't had a very satisfying experience with the cartridge installation. I can imagine how frustrating that must be. I'm not sure what model your printer is, but the instructions shown in this video should be pretty close to what you'd need to do to replace the cartridge: www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6AYisqyhqg Mary HP Care hp.com/support

Dud?
For whatever reason, the color cartridge won't communicate with my printer even though it's brand new and full of ink. So I haven't been able to print unless it's in black.

sadly lacking
i have bought ink cartridges, 65 black and color, several times now. i never get as many pages to print as hp claims. to bad for something that is so expensive. i cannot afford to buy another printer by a different company. or else i would just to stop paying for hp ink.

Hello, I'm sorry that you haven't had a very satisfying experience with the cartridges. I can understand if you are frustrated with the page yield, but the pages listed are an estimate based on industry standards. Ink usage of the cartridge (unless it was damaged or defective) will determine how long it lasts in your particular printer. High-density prints (such as images and graphs) will use more ink, especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the air is dry. Here are some things that might help lower your ink usage: - Most people have found that the XL version of the cartridges are a much better value. - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible, to help stretch out black, and colored ink - Using the black-only setting, when appropriate, will save on colored ink usage. - Shut the printer down between uses; however, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying. - Consider getting Instant Ink. The subscription plans let you pay by the page. Check out the details at: instantink.com If it appears that a cartridge has poor performance is due to a defect, the return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges Mary HP Care hp.com/support

Cartridge
I wouldn't have anything else than the original. Fit right into the printer, naturally. My HP DeskJet 2642 works well, too.

Always great!
I have been using HP ink cartridges for years with consistently excellent results. The few times I have tried the refills or 'compatible' cartridges, it has been disappointing. I will continue to use HP.

Good Quality, But Runs Out Quickly.
I am quite happy with the quality of the prints using this HP Ink Cartridge. It provides a deep and dark black. However, it simply doesn't seem to print many pages before running out. Perhaps I should try the 'High Yield' cartridge if it is available for this printer.

Printers sucks up my ink
I’m constantly changing my ink cartridges. I get 15-20 pages a cartridge. Maybe with the xl, I’ll get more.

Performs as expected
I ordered this product in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The product (and its companion Black ink) were delivered in a reasonable time frame, were easy to install, and perform as expected. Many thanks!

So easy to use
My IT person recommended it and I’ve not been sorry a moment. No curses! I could change ink and paper without his assistance. I’m not a computer savvy person so this lack of stress is really appreciated.
