Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Came late
Not sure who’s issue it was but my ink came 2 almost 3 days late. When it did finally come
It was dropped off at almost 9pm. The product itself was in great condition and works great but I had a real issue with the delivery. And I couldn’t actually speak to anybody due to the current Covid19 situation. It was very frustrating.

HP ink cartridges are almost always of good quality. Just started using it in my new printer but it is just what I expected. Reliable good quality. HP printers have always provided good service for me at work and at home. HP is a little higher in price but I can rely on them.

Defective
I was surprised but this was a defective HP cartridge. The cyan stopped printing within minutes. Had to return but Staples was the best. Full credit.

Great features
After the schools closed down due to the covid-19. I had to start home-schooling my kindergartener. I had to buy all new ink and a tablet for all her homework. I was very impressed with the ink being so life-like, like the pictures I had to print out. love this product
