I have only printed about 12 pages and it says I have less than half of the ink left I do not recommend the hp printer and ink

Customer Service was Superior
I was assisted by a young man who was the best customer service assistant I had ever experienced anywhere. He was fantastic. I brought the ink cartridge home and it fit perfectly...it was not the one recommended on the internet (I had bought that one previously and it did not fit).

Ink cartridge
Old Saybrook Connecticut store was stocked I easily found the cartridge I was looking for. The cashier is always friendly greets you as you come to the register looks up to your rewards card with a smile and that means a lot to me as a consumer.

Cartridge Defected
I only got about 10 pages before my toner ran out. Hoping it is just a defected cartridge since this has never occurred in previous purchases.
