Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Defective color cartridge in this set, a first...
Staples awesome as always, delivery fast, pricing great...But the color cartridge was faulty in this set, have never had this problem before. The black works and I've removed the color cartridge so that my printer will continue to print only black and white. Frustrating, now I have to figure out how to get a refund for one of the cartridges... argh...

Quality and Reliability

the product says that It will print 120 pages but unfortunately It only printed 45 to 50 pages for me and this is a very big difference I will not trust Staples anymore

Be very careful! 65 and 65xl . Same number but some have a new chip and won’t fit all printers that 65 did

Purchase of 65xl HP ink cartridge
Rip off- cartridge believe still have ink in them. Way too expensive and should sell two black cartridges to a pack. You most likely don’t read or care about consumer comments. I seem to understand it is window dressing. It’s bottom line that matters to corporate. Continue to rip off consumers is the name of the game!
