Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Good interactions. When I went to the store to return cartridges. The person helping me showed me how to get the rewards app started he was so helpful. I was so pleased with how nice he was. Found out later he was a fellow New Jerseyite. That made me happy

good but dry
They are good ink cartridges, but if your printer is in a hot dry area and you don't use your printer often the ink cartridges dry out no matter how much ink is remaining in the cartridge, I found that I have to remove the ink cartridges in between printing and storing in a dry cool place and reinstalling cartridges for the next printing series.

Unreliable quantity readings.
The old cartridge was showing 1/4 full which makes it very confusing as to why it would not print.
