Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Returnable Ink
Was not able to return old ink cartridge at the time but was happy to see that Staples is doing there part to prevent covid19 but the good service that Staples gives has not been changed good job Staples.

Too expensive

Customer service was great and the staff could easily navigate their way through the relatively large. The store was in Paso Robles CA on Niblick Rd. The product was easy to use and appears to hold a large quantity of ink. Hopefully Staples will put these on Sale!!!

Is used up very fast!
