Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Printer Ink
I retired from HP in 2012 and have been buying ink for my printers since then. Coming from the Services sides of the business I know the quality of the printers and decided to replace my older HP printers with newer ones. Very happy with the HP products and services.

Good service
Ink is good. I especially like that they send an envelope with the cartridges so you can send them back to recycle at no cost. This feature alone would encourage me to buy the ink from them.

works as intended
I bought a new HP printer, when setting it up the black ink cartridge didn't work . I order this new ink cartridge so I could use the printer. Received the cartridge the next day after ordering. Installed it works great.
