I have only printed about 12 pages and it says I have less than half of the ink left I do not recommend the hp printer and ink

It would be nice if you can buy two packs of just the black ink and it would be nicer if the cartridge was larger and lasted longer but overall I guess at the current rate I can’t say I’m dissatisfied. The problem I have with this HP 5052 is the machine doesn’t tell you it’s at the ink before it stops printing it just says it’s low on ink which leads me to believe I hav...

I can't give feed back on a product that I haven't used yet. When my current ink cartridge runs out I'll use these new cartridges. Hopefully there will be ink in them. I've had new cartridges twice when there was no ink or the printer showed a message that there was a problem with the ink.

I came in with a Staples $10 coupon

I bought the HP65 XL Tri-Color Cartridge
I bought the HP65 Cartridge by mistake open it. I need the Hp64 Tri-Color Cartridge. I returned it and Staples accepted it and I was able to purchase the HP64 Cartridge. I was pleased that they accepted it.

Error with cartridge
Initial purchase had to be returned due to inability to communicate with printer. Only 1 of 2 cartridges were in error but Staples policy (per phone call) was to return both. Replacement cartridges worked though color was streaked -this may be the printer as no color printing had been done for several months prior to replacing cartridge..
