Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

The ones that are not xl ran out quickly. Hopefully these will last longer. When I got my printer I ran out quickly. When I told the buy at Staples in St. Clairsville OH he advised me to get the XL. Thanks.

I use my printer daily and ran out of black ink much faster than color. I decided to buy the XL black ink and went to Staples to use my $10 off coupon. I have purchased boxes folders envelopes and printed invitations there before and always satisfied with their products.

I don't know if it's the printer or the ink I've only used about six inks on this printer and perhaps every other ink cartridge stops working at 10 copies I am so disgusted

Ink cartridge actually has ink! Vs. competitor.
I have bought several cartridges at the competitor. They had to be returned. Now I must travel several more miles to get to your store but would rather do that and not have additional hassels.I think this falls under the aegis of good management and caring about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Overpriced
