Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Poorly constructed cartridge
If you do lite or very lite printing like me the ink will dry out before it runs out. Guess the cartilage isn’t very “air” tight.

new stuff
The new cartridges are excellent; however the refurbished ones I received previously, frequently are not. They may not show the ink levels at all, or the levels shown may be incorrect.

Printing costs
Th e HP 61 used in the other printer I have offers 600 pages of black ink usage. The 65 only about 100 pages. The price per page of printing is substantially greater for the HP 61. I also did not replace my printer with a new one because of the huge difference in the cost of printing. I wish your newer printers were more economical to use.

I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the new printer. That reaction is not what we are hoping for with our customers. If you recently bought your printer, you might be able to return it. Returns are made at www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges. If this printer is not returnable, I would look for a leak in the printer. Another issue is that the cartridges are drying out. This issue is more common in the summer months.

MY ORDER
My order was not what I thought I had ordered( the web site was unclear.) I thought I had ordered a combination of black & color ink in one, but was only xl color.Was very expensive for only one color. Delivery was longer than promised. It is easier to go th store and be sure of what your getting + no wait for delivery.

Online purchase is fast.
My only complaint to give a 4 star rating is because I use more ink quickly, even though I don't print out very much. After I recalculate the printer to my new cartridge the black ink level is down substantially. I don't know. Maybe it's only because the cartridge is so small? I'm just not used to purchasing cartridges so frequently.

Mail delivery perfectly convenient.
They are great but don't hold enough ink. By the time I have recalculated the printer my ink has already reduced some. And I don't use color that often, so the cartridge tends to dry up faster than it's used.
