I have only printed about 12 pages and it says I have less than half of the ink left I do not recommend the hp printer and ink

Quality of print was very good. Clear and clean. Got quite a few copies from one cartridge. Very satisfied.

HP 65 Tri-color ink cartridge
I have had my HP envy 5055 printer for 2years and I haven't had any problems at all with my printer using the HP 65 cartridges. My prints come out just fine with no issues.

Faulty?
We've always purchased HP ink from Staples but this is the first time we tried the high yield. Big mistake! Got home and it keeps reading Ink is too low to actually print or copy anything. No matter what we did it never registered anything but ink cartridge empty and that's definitely never ever happened before! Really frustrated to have to take it back when the store...

TriColor cartridge
I purchase this brand because of the superior quality. This time I mistakenly picked up a 65 instead of a 63 cartridge. I exchanged it the next day but found the two personnel I interacted with rude and unfriendly and I did not receive the price I expected. (It cost me more and should not have!). It will be awhile before I return to this store.

Doesn’t seem to last as long as claimed. Expensive and the 30% credit Staples promised did not happen.
