Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

It would be nice if you can buy two packs of just the black ink and it would be nicer if the cartridge was larger and lasted longer but overall I guess at the current rate I can’t say I’m dissatisfied. I can't give feed back on a product that I haven't used yet. When my current ink cartridge runs out I'll use these new cartridges. Hopefully there will be ink in them. I've had new cartridges twice when there was no ink or the printer showed a message that there was a problem with the ink.

Happy ending
The cartridge I purchased online ended up to be faulty. When I brought into the store they asked a few questions to ensure I had the correct cartridge for my printer then issued a full refund.

Great product, but not what I wanted
Love the 65 XL, but it took forever to ship to me. Also, the individual cartridge wasn't really what I wanted. I wanted Instant Ink, but I had problems signing up for it, so I'm only giving this 4 stars.

The printer said the ink could be replaced with 65 or 65xl. I bought the 65xl and it does not work. I would like a refund

2pk disappointment
The color ink is low already. Ordered 7/3 I print as usual. Should not have to order again. I’ve printed the same for 3 years - this is very unusual. I’m very disappointed. Will never get 2pk again.

Your feelings make sense. HP wants you to get more use out of a cartridge than one month. As you stated, this occurrence is unusual. Did you print more pages? What was the content of the pages you printed? As a reminder, color-saturated prints, lots of text, and images use more ink. Scan each page in draft mode to limit any errors. I hope your next experience with HP is better.
