I love the ink I bought. I am not happy with the person who took care of me. I took my lap top computer with me to have it checked over He down loaded a program a program on my computer. It screwed up my laptop to the point I have trouble using it.

HP is best for HP
I have no complaints with the quality of HP cartridges however like other ink cartridges the ink is more expensive than a gallon of gas. I’d also like an envelope to return old cartridges when I buy new ones. Finally coupons to save money on future purchases would encourage customers from seeking out inferior ink replacements.

Exchanged ink for old printer/ink needed for new.
I had just ordered more ink for my HP printer when the computer/printer all crashed. I was able to exchange these cartridges for HP 67XL ink cartridges.

My excellent printer cartridge
Other cartridges have given me blotchy and erratic printing but this one never does. It's consistently perfect each time I print anything. This is one product I don't skimp on cost.
