HP Ink for HP Printers!
On a lark, I purchased some less expensive ink, described as "62XL" for HP Printers.
My usual usage is one 62XL to two regular 62 color cartridges. My surprise was ONE for ONE.
Guess I got my money's worth!
From now-on, I'll stick to quality HP INK.

Very helpful
Thanks Cheryl for understanding my issues with my HP Printer. I was afraid it was dying. If that were the case she suggested a new one that would fit my needs. However with the maintenance setting and the new ink it worked great !!

Hi,
You are right. The cartridge is not empty at 20%. Check the printhead. Blockages will cause the printer to stop printing. I would gently shake the printer to see if there is a clog. Doing a restart process may solve the problem. If none of these options work, reach out to technical support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/.
