Quality HP Ink
The HP 62XL black and white and Tri-Color is the only ink I use for my HP printer. Always good quality printing and the XL cartridge does last a long time with normal printing use. It is unfortunately they have not found a way to make it more affordable.

The HP 62XL Black Ink Cartridge even though packaged in authentic HP packaging and shown as compatible with my printer was not recognized by my printer. I have not been able to print with this cartridge so I cannot comment on its quality. GREAT
I have tried alternative brands. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. HP ink always works and lasts a long time. HP ink is very deendable.

I use the HP because the quality is great.
