It’s fine
You just don’t want to tell people the more expensive one will print 3 000 pages because guess what???? It doesn’t! You need to be sure your employees know what they are selling customers. It was a bit disappointing to spend twice as much thinking I would be getting what I really needed.

Works as expected but...
Will dry if not used for a while. Thus is a problem for those who don't print often.

I already answered this survey - its a an ink cartridge not plastic surgery. And in that review Commented on what I couldn't find -/but obviously nobody ever read that because nobody followed up on that - Pleade so don't bother me about ink cartridges . I'll let you know if there's a problem

We are very happy with the 62XL ink Cartridge. I would recommend this product. BUT I wish I could buy the color cartridge in the same package. It was sold this way previously.

Rough start!
After initial insertion it would only print full BLACK ink page so wasted 1/4 of the cartridge right off. After removing it and reinserting it 3 more times it finally worked right. It was supposed to be a new cartridge but it was acting like I would guess refills might do (?) Wasn't happy at all.
