Seems to be used of counterfeit :(
After printing only 2 or 3 pages, the printer gives us an error that says, "Used or Counterfeit ink cartridge detected", and it no longer works :(

Cartridges were only half full
I ordered the black and the colored ink. The black ink was fine but the color cartiage was only half full So disappointed and will not buy ink again from staples.
