Quality HP Ink
The HP 62XL black and white and Tri-Color is the only ink I use for my HP printer. Always good quality printing and the XL cartridge does last a long time with normal printing use. It is unfortunately they have not found a way to make it more affordable.

Seems they are putting less and less ink in my cartridges . I might make 10 copies a month. They don’t last 5 months.

Box is to hard to open and you must have something sharp to open package toner. Also wish the ink would last a little longer. You did not have colored ink in stock I was in two different times and still did not have any. Other wise well stocked.

Black ink cartridge - bad
I installed a new black ink cartridge but get an error. I switch back to the old one and everything is fine. I am definitely NOT HAPPY.

I was very disappointed at your availability of ink choices! I had for years bought the two pack of tri-color and black and white. The display was sparse and the only choice I had was to buy a single color and single black & white which was more expensive. I understand the present depressing situation but does that have anything to do with printer ink?
