Ink in the XL refill didnt last for 2 weeks. We only use at most 5 pages a week. this was totally unacceptable.

Defective
Will have to make a trip back to the store to return printed a couple pages and failed. Printer keeps says to 'reinstall' the cartridge. Put in an old cartridge and it functions fine. The new cartridge is defective.

Problems
I Bought 1 black, 1 color and 1 combination black and color. One of the color cartridges did not work. I have an Envy 7640 printer that worked just fine on windows 7, windows 10 I have nothing but problems. I have to reinstall the printer software almost every time I use it or it won't print out, it keeps dropping the connection. I'm just about ready to go to Linux.
