Excellent stuff indeed
I have been an HP user for about 30 years or more. All laser printers have been built like tanks and have been reliable and fairly low maintenance. The same with laser cartridges. What more can one ask for.

Order Mishandled
Purchased a toner cartridge on sale on March 16 for pick up. Later in the week received notice that the item had to be picked up by Sunday, though no such info accompanied the purchase. I was in Florida at the time and when I called to ask if I could pick it up on Monday I was told this was not possible. Very disappointed, terrible service!

Excellent toner cartridge
This high-yield toner cartridge was easy to install. So far it has produced several thousand pages of black and white documents. The printer reports that only about one-fourth of the toner has been used. Print quality is excellent.

Perfect new HP cartridge
Sheesh why so expensive? I have to figure out how to buy replacement computer chips because it seems that all the replacement cartridges are sold without chips. HP glues the chip into this one so you cannot remove it. Nasty trick.

Completely worthless
HP 406 is completely worthless. It comes with the USP port disabled so if you want to connect your printer directly up to your computer you must enable the port. After I enabled the USB port my computer still could not find the printer.

Goes fast
I've had several laser printers and am disappointed in how quickly this one goes through the toner. It also seems to run out with a good amount still in the cartridge. I should have known better and bought a different bramnd printer as my other HPs do the same.

HP is my go to Cartridge
Literally when the box arrived I jumped with joy. I was out of toner and the delivery guy was on my steps. HP has quality and solid products. Definitely buying again.

Product works as intended
When purchasing items on line please do not put ads for discounts for items other than the part number requested next to the item. This resulted in the wrong purchase on the first order. You placed a discount for if you buy 2 - 28X right next to 58X which was the item searched. It cost both of us time and money.
