Excellent stuff indeed
I have been an HP user for about 30 years or more. All laser printers have been built like tanks and have been reliable and fairly low maintenance. The same with laser cartridges. What more can one ask for.

Order Mishandled
Purchased a toner cartridge on sale on March 16 for pick up. Later in the week received notice that the item had to be picked up by Sunday, though no such info accompanied the purchase. I was in Florida at the time and when I called to ask if I could pick it up on Monday I was told this was not possible. Very disappointed, terrible service!

No Drama!
When you use non-OEM LaserJet cartridges there is drama sometimes. At least with HP OEM cartridges there is no such thing. The only downside is that HP OEM cartridges are really expensive.

Error on My Part
Truth to tell I need to return this cartridge as it doesn't work in my printer. I need instead a 410A cartridge. The error was mine. But I have covid and will address this issue once I am feeling better.

Toner cartridge
No surprises...I received what I ordered popped it into our machine and we're up and running. I like that the packaging is re-useable to return the empty cartridge and includes a return label. Good sustainability practice.

Item Description is Incorrect (For Now)
As of today (10/06/2023) the description of this item says it's 2/pack. I ordered this product on 10/05/2023 and only received one cartridge instead of two. After chatting with Staples they found that there was an issue and have submitted feedback on their end. Hopefully this review saves a few people from buying two and only getting one!

Toner replacement by Staples
I had recently replaced my toner cartridge in my HP printer. The replacement cartridge did not function properly and it left pale areas in the print even though it was prepared by rocking back and forth as recommended. Staples promptly sent another cartridge. They provide a great service.

Can't Go Wrong With Genuine HP Toner

Worth the money$$$$
Buying this toner is so worth the money as it allows us to print so much more before having to change the toner out. Our printers are in constant use so you can see how this saves us time. I am thankful that Staples carries these and makes them available next day.
