Excellent stuff indeed
I have been an HP user for about 30 years or more. All laser printers have been built like tanks and have been reliable and fairly low maintenance. The same with laser cartridges. What more can one ask for.

Order Mishandled
Purchased a toner cartridge on sale on March 16 for pick up. Later in the week received notice that the item had to be picked up by Sunday, though no such info accompanied the purchase. I was in Florida at the time and when I called to ask if I could pick it up on Monday I was told this was not possible. Very disappointed, terrible service!

Unable to replace and install
Unable to replace and install!! No instructions in box. I’ll have to call Geek Squad and they’ll take 2 weeks for appointment. Horrible.
