UPS didn’t not handle my package well, I contacted customer service at Quill and the were very helpful in helping to resolve the matter. Very friendly staff!

cap is loose
The professional bleach item first came with the carton soaking wet. They sent me another and again, it was wet. I think the caps on these detergents are not secure.
