Just what I was looking for
I have been trying find a phone holder that will allow me to view my phone quickly without looking down. The sticky holders all came apart when the weather got hot so I thought I’d try this. It has been perfect!

Perfect cell phone holder!
This works perfect and is sturdy. We don’t use our CD player so this makes good use of the space for a phone while driving and using it for Waze.

Great Product
Fits in CD slot like a glove. No “wobble” or “shimmy”. Locks phone into cradle with single hand. Does not block any air vents.

Perfect!
I needed something that would be secured and wouldn't fall off. Suction cups didn't work. Vent clips didn't work. I don't use my CD player, so inserting this into the drive was a no-brainer. It holds very well and while the phone does shake, it's not that bad. It's a slight tremor.

decent smartphone CD player mount
The iOttie Easy One Touch 5 is a decent choice for a CD player mount. It easily fits my Pixel 6 in a Google case. It can wobble in CD players with thicker slots so you may need to use the included pads. The main problem is the release tabs jam easily so try not to push them in all the way.

I liked this product, but the weight of my phone made it droop in the Cd slot. As a result, the angle hard to read.

Fits perfectly!
My Mazda has zero flat surfaces and the vents are at a weird angle so standard mounts won't work. This thing is exactly what I've been looking for!

Excellent
Was easy to put up when needed and Easy to remove. The only problem was it blocked my GPS in the car. But no matter which one you get if you get one for the air ventsit’s gonna block some thing else. Was very pleased at how well it was easy to click the phone in and out from the unit.

Not as stable as hoped
I don't know if it's the design of my particular dashboard, or the design of this phone holder, but it is impossible to get this phone holder to lock stably into the CD player. Best cell phone holder for older cars
I've tried cell phone holders that go in the vents and they just block the AC, not a great situation in Arizona. They also were difficult to position so I could see the screen.
