Ink had burst all over the cartridge. UGH!!
Will never buy again. Pink ink got all over everything at our office.

Cyan toner seems to be dried out, even printer is recognizing it's low. Just bought, will have to return.

these were returned bad product
These were terrible. did not work at all. We have returned them which has been an equally frustrating event.
