Go for it.
The price reduction was insane! The laptop was everything I needed as a writer. The virus protection suite exceeded my expectations. It was simply a really good deal.

Windows 11 requires internet to open my laptop
I'm disappointed, my brand new laptop won't let me do a think unless I have an internet connection. Now it is sitting there unused as I don't have an internet connection near by

Great home computer
I recently replaced my home laptop with this model and am very pleased with the new equipment. It has a screen that is a bit larger, and additional keys to "take up the space". They are just repeats of other often used keys, but handily placed on the right side of the standard keyboard. A great replacement!

Great buy
I recently purchased this HP laptop. So far-so good. The staff at Staples installed everything I needed as well as a transfer of photos from my old laptop as well as those from my phone. I know I can stop in to that Staples with any questions I have in the future.

Great laptop
Much faster than my old laptop, still fits in my computer bag, actually a bit smaller than my previous HP. came with windows 11 and also WAS ON SALE. Staples has lots of computers on sale, but this was a clearance.

The keyboard lettering is not dark enough so I have trouble seeing the characters which are differently placed than my old HP computer. Guess I will just have to get used to their placement. Computer is fairly fast, quick start up.
Keyboard is difficult to read, very little contrast on the keyboard.
Windows 11 is difficult to load, froze when I tried to use existing Microsoft ID. Had to create a new account to get Windows 11 to load.
