Above and beyond service
I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

A beautiful machine
I am very impressed with this new computer. I have always bought HP computers as I upgraded over the years and I have never been disappointed. Since this one is loaded with WINDOWS 11 I am particularly happy about the tech from Staples giving me a short lesson on how to use it so that as he said I can fully enjoy the new experience. KUDOS to Staples!

HP 27 inch AllinOne Desktop
Computer came well packaged and fast. Setup was very easy. PC mover transferred everything from my old computer smoothly. New All in one has plenty of speed. Windows 11 takes a little getting used to but not bad. All in all I really like my new computer and glad I purchased it. My old computer was an HP and never had any problems with it. Would highly recommend HP

Good value. A few quirks
Got a good price and quick delivery. Note there is no DVD player. Windows 11 stubbornly defaults to US keyboard. It also defaults to MS One Drive and quickly uploads anything you transfer from old computer. There should be a utility program that guides you through transferring, re-installing and updating. The screen needs a very firm push to connect to the stand.

Not a user-friendly PC
Had a HP PC monitor screen and then the unit itself fail completely. Replaced with a HP 27-inch Allin One Desktop. This new replacement is very difficult to maneuver from menu to menu or to navigate as the workflow is terrible and site search capabilities difficult to use. To many popups trying to sell additional software and security programs.

Need erase hard drive reload windows due to unknown bitlocker passeord.
