I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Decent machine with chintzy mouse and keyboard
Setup was easy. Sound is pretty decent. System seems decently fast for my use, definitely faster than my 10 year old PC but I'm not a gamer. I miss the touch screen on my old PC but I didn't want to spend the extra money for the touch screen. The included wired mouse and keyboard are chintzy. Bought on Black Friday and it was well worth the discounted price. Love the all-in-one computers and the fact that it was HP was a bonus. It was super easy to set up runs smooth and we now have 4 in the office and 3 at home offices. I will definitely look for this type of computer the next time we are in the market for new computers.

It has no cd. Without the cd in place it becomes old-school. Tell me now how am I get programs/software?
