I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Great tech work unsure 4 yr plan
Got the computer home and installed with great matching of previous PC with new PC. I had difficulty with getting old printer working. Asked tech for assistance. Was told they don't help with printer operation. 1 thought 4 year plan would give me help with everything.

Set up of printer was easier than I anticipated. I like this type of computer. My ZOOM meetings are great with clear sound from the speakers and great video from camera.

Great display!
HP all-in-one 27 was easy to setup and has great display. However, it is very slow to wake up from sleep mode considering it has a solid state drive. I have defeated sleep mode.
