Above and beyond service
I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Complete a room
My kitchen is the most used and frequented in my house. I have a small desk like counter in my kitchen. The all-in-one sits smartly in that space. The crisp pictures on the monitor and speed of the processor is impressive.

HP all in one desktop
Replaced old desktop. Faster better memory. Just wish it had touch screen DVD disc drive. Good unit for the money and it has INTEL Core chip processor.

Good all in one but supplied keyboard and mouse need upgrading.
I like the computer but not the keyboard or mouse that are included. I will be replacing both of those included items.

Windows is the problem
My new computer works as it should my onluy compliant is windows "one drive" which screws up things by automatically saving (i'll use an old document as a template and it changes the old one if I forget to turn off the auto-save) - I also am not always 100% where things are actually saved... But that's a windows issue not HP. or Staples
