Above and beyond service
I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Great Desktop
Easy to get out of the box and set up. Big screen after using a laptop for many years. Purchase MA Office home and it was easy to install. All-in-One desktop saves space. The local Staples store manager quickly resolved a minor problem. Very pleased.

Pretty Cool & Good All In One
Works very well but the video card is slow and can get hung up during vidoes. If you're a gamer this is not for you but normal internet activity and work place apps run quickly!

Tough setup then all well.
Frustrating setup. Both Microsoft and staples help websites unhelpful. After sorting out problems through trial and error I have a the machine that is fast responsive and easy to use. Make your customers happier with easily available live technical support.

I like the computer size & price great. Didn't like that digital program was issued and non returnable. Not a fan of Windows 11 - difficult to find transfered files. READ description keyboard and mouse are not wireless.

LOVE it so far...
