I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Easy to setup not too many pre-installed software fast absolutely quite immediate wakeup decent display & audio. Cons: WIRED & clumsy keyboard WIRED mouse no USB ports on side

Amazing computer!
It works smoothly and adding programs can he a fuss but you need to make sure ypur able to purchase what you need for your computer. Other then that your good to go.

Still getting used to the all-in-one concept really like the big monitor performance is great for what I need W11 not that different than W10 still got some minor bugs we'll see how good the tech support is all in all I really like this machine.

The price was great and the delivery was very fast. The delivery driver was great and helped me open the box before he left to make sure it was correct. The only negative was not having a picture of the computer on the website.

Outdated camera but great device.
This is a sleek and wonderful machine. It's fast and quiet and so easy to use and set up. It would have earned 5 stars but it came pre-loaded with Windows 11 and the computer has an old non-infrared camera that won't work with Windows Hello for face recognition. I can still log in with a pass code but I think it's a shame that a brand new machine with the latest so...

Replacement of an old HP Pavillion
Great replacement for my 8 yr. old HP Pavillion all in one. The intel core I3 is much faster than what I'm use to. Set up was easy including loading MS Office setting up email and connecting to my old HP printer.

Great for an at-home desktop
Great visuals happy it still has a CD rom drive (view MRI/CT scans) only thing we dislike is that the mouse and keyboard are wired but that is a cheap fix.
