Above and beyond service
I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Great desktop for personal use
I enjoy using it. The set up was easy and intuitive. Use is mainly for personal tasks with a preference to store documents and photos on hard drive rather than all the cloud features and "forced" subscriptions from Microsoft. Therefore my only wish for improvement would be more storage space/local memory.

Laptop to desktop.
My laptop was not compatible with coming upgrades. The main function I wanted to optimize is document creation. So far the larger screen and separate keyboard is a huge improvement.

The keyboard and the mouse didn't communicate with
Too bad it is not available in STAPLES STORE. It is a hassle to order it and return it for missing parts by UPS.

It's only been a week - but so far loving it - set up was relatively easy -directions could have been a little more detailed (i.e. the SDMI card in within the mouse) - uploaded information from the old computer into the clouds hooked up the new computer and downloaded the files/photos with no losses.

Nice computer for home use.
I do not appreciate that I have to provide or set up a Microsoft account in order to use my new computer. I want to download photos and edit them for printing or upload them to the internet. I don't need a Microsoft account for that.
