Above and beyond service
I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Computer is nice. Navigation in new system is going to take a while to get used to. My publisher did not come through on transfer of records which didn't make me happy.

HP 27" All-in-One Desktop Computer
I upgraded from a HP Pavilion with an I3 chip owned it for around 5 years trouble free. Maybe other HP's in the past with them performing without problem I chose this All-In-One I5 too early to tell if it performs as well as the others time will tell.

Easy set up
This all-in-one has always been a favorite of mines. I just upgraded. This one has all upgraded tech. The Bluetooth and camera are very necessary, so this far I love it. And picture in picture.

Great computer for kids
We are really happy with this computer. We got it to help our kids with their homework as now they need it for their assignments. It’s been really easy to use and very intuitive for them.
