Above and beyond service
I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

I have too many questions and now that it has been delivered no one wants to help me. I am a stroke survivor and I explained I would need extra help when I bought it. Because I am old I can't take unit back into store for service or help.

Great all in one for home use

This computer is amazing and so compact. But I love the big screen. Really fast and I m loving it! I use it on a daily and comes with everything I need. I would definitely buy another one which I will be doing for my daughter so she has her own!

Great Operating Performance, Poor Stand Stability, and Lack of Wireless Keyboard Option

Very fast and capable. However, the quality of the speakers, microphone, and camera are very poor. If I'm listening to music at a moderate or louder volume, I can hear crackling.
