I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Awesome computer
I bought and set this up for my grandmother to use. She doesn’t need anything fancy except a large screen and an easy to use machine and this hits the nail on the head. The screen is large and beautiful and the computer is snappy and easy to use. My grandma is happy.

I am still trying to get used to Windows 11 it seems that my original document files where better organized. Finally found them but in a different order. I will try to clean it up and reorganize them. Computer seems to be working fine just need to get used to it.

Amazing Product. Value for money because 1 TB SSD Hard drive. i5 Processor, 13th Generation 16GB Ram also C3 Type one port which is very important now a days. Also Screen can Tilt and also can slide Up and Down which is amazing.
