I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Very good personal computer
Easy set up and easier to learn Windows 11 than I thought. Glad it was already loaded. Only gave 4 stars because all the ports are in middle of back of huge monitor. REALLY inconvenient to plug in flash drives. NOT Staples fault. HP is a great computer just wish ports were easier to get to. Happy with purchase.

All in one is all I need in a home desktop

Not my favorite
Not as good as my years old desktop. Too much pressure to buy buy buy what HP and Microsoft are selling. Sorry not my best purchase decision. Next time it won't be HP.

Very Pleased with this computer so far. Set up was extremely easy performance is good Staples had a very good price on this model. Only thing I don't like about it is there is no front or side access to a USB port they are all on back. Solved that with a $10 purchase of a small 4 port USB hub.

I got a good deal on this HP Computer At Staples.
The HP 24" All-in-One Desktop Computer works great and easy to use. But if you are going from windows 10 to windows 11 you will find out that it does not work the same way as windows 10 and will take some time to get use to.
