Such a change
Ive been using a gen 2.. the Genius Bar at Apple screwed me when they said i had to update. Well needed to purchase but NOT there. You had it on sale perfect. Employee was great i asked for the item and he didn’t try to sell me anything else.. you have been operating with short staff but the staff you have is knowledgeable

Small and large size kindles
There is no one available to instruct the buyer on how to use the items. We are so frustrated we would like to throw them into the trash. It is not good business to just sell something if you don’t instruct the person how to use it.
