I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished computer, but it looked brand new when it arrived and was definitely worth the price. It was easy to setup and start using right away, and it performs great. However, one of the USB ports doesn't work, I tried both a mouse and external hard drive and neither worked, though they both did in another USB port. It's not worth returni...
