Perfect portions!
Perfect alternative for my growing kindergartner/firstgrader! Allows for bigger portions of his favorite foods. I love that I can get a full, balanced meal in without struggling to come up with multiple options.

Perfect portions!

A new favorite lunch box!
I love the integrated ice pack! The dividers keep food completely separate - a game changer to be able to pack yogurt, applesauce or other foods that can leak into others without a good seal. This is one of our favorite lunch boxes!

Easier opening and closing
Excellent quality and very well-made. Beautiful color choices. I wish it were easier to open and close for younger kids. I have a 6 year old grandchild who I bought this for uses this box and loves it however, she does have trouble that’s so much with opening, but in closing it.

Solid choice
Great set up that keeps my daughter's lunch a better temperature at school. She loves it! It's not as deep as some of the other ones we have used.

I love them!
I love these lunch boxes for my kids! Super useful, you can put different foods and they are easy to open and close for your little one, I highly recommend them.

Good product, minor space inconvenience
This is a great item, easy for the kids to use at school. Helpful that the tray is dishwasher safe. My only criticism would be that the largest space doesn't accommodate the width of a regular piece of bread, even when the crust is cutoff which is frustrating.

Great system!
This fits a surprising amount of food and easily fills my 5 and 8 year old's stomachs. They like carrying it in a lunch box though and it really doesn't fit well into the Bentgo insulated lunch tote, so I am sending the totes back.

Icepack Does Not Keep Food Cold
First off I want to say that we've owned a Bentgo Kids Box for the past two years and absolutely loved it. My son likes certain foods only if they are cold though (cucumbers, celery, berries, etc), so I was excited to see that Bentgo made a Chill lunchbox version with a compatible icepack. Good for more than school lunch!
Does. Not. Spill. Highly recommend! I've used ours for car rides, picnics, beach and zoo trips. I've even used one for myself to take to the office.

Difficult to close
My children had a non ice pack model that lasted for 3 years and was used daily. We purchased these for this school year. It is difficult to close and open. My first grader was able to independently open and close the other model and now she has to ask for help daily. Not the independence I want to foster. Love these!
Love these! My only issue is that they are not dishwasher safe. I feel like everything made for kids should be dishwasher safe.

Convienent
Perfect size for my 3yr old and very easy to use keeps everything cool. Just kinda heavy for my 3 yr old to keep in her backpack. Wish I just bought the regular bento and just used ice packs to keep it cool so it would weigh less.

Faulty latch?
We just purchased this to use for the new school year. Only on week 3 of school and the latch doesn’t stay secure. It’s disappointing and I am concerned that the lunch is going to spill all over my child’s backpack. Even empty, the latch doesn’t snap tight. Also, the compartments are a little small, even for elementary level kids.

Keeps things cold
I love this box for my kids' lunches. I also got one for myself. Depending on what I am eating it is a little small for me but perfect for the kids. Sandwiches get a little smooched but not too bad for my kids.
